This year is the Chinese Year of the Rabbit. We have a rescue rabbit called Miffy here at Cambridge Chocolates. She is beautiful and spirited as well as chaotic at times. Rabbits are very special animals with a strong sense of fight or flight. They always follow their gut instinct.
