Please note that all chocolates are handmade to order and will have a processing time of 3 to 5 days plus shipping depending on the size of the order. Please allow longer for large or bulk orders. Please make contact if you need a rush order or have a deadline and we will be happy to accommodate where possible. Postage is Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery and will require a signature. In extreme weather conditions, such as heat waves, there could be potential delays.

Return policy - Due to the nature of the product, I cannot accept returns. I make every effort to package so that nothing is damaged but in the event that it is, please contact me and I'll work with you to correct the problem. We may require photos of damaged items for postal insurance purposes.

Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been shipped or three days prior to your shipping date.
